Newly Discovered 1964 MLK Speech on Civil Rights, Segregation & Apartheid South Africa
In a Democracy Now! and Pacifica Radio Archives exclusive, we air a
newly discovered recording of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. On December 7,
1964, days before he received the Nobel Peace Prize in Oslo, King gave a
major address in London on segregation, the fight for civil rights and
his support for Nelson Mandela and the anti-apartheid struggle in South
Africa. The speech was recorded by Saul Bernstein, who was working as
the European correspondent for Pacifica Radio. Bernstein’s recording was
recently discovered by Brian DeShazor, director of the Pacifica Radio
Archives.

Those in power have always used religion as a transport system into the
psychology of the people. Here is a very brief explanation of how the
conquerors of the world used and continue to use religion to maintain
dominance over the masses.
The conquerors of various cultures ultimately become the providers of resources to those cultures which overtime will appear as a "naturally superior" group over a "naturally inferior" group. Once this perception is established, it becomes easier for the conqueror to convince the conquered that their position has been divinely arranged and part of an omniscient plan. The conquered people on the bottom, in reality, have no fair way of reaching the top and are now at the mercy of those on the top to provide them with a liberating belief system, of which those on the top pretend to have experienced.
The dream of the conquered to be in the position of their conquerors becomes so great that the conquerors must provide a way to make their dreams come true without actually changing their collective position. This is achieved by creating the illusion that they can make it to the top. There are many ways this is done but the most efficient way of accomplishing this illusion is by creating a theology that offers the people on the bottom a way to get to the top (heaven)---virtually.
A monotheistic belief system is created and at its essence, is a loving, kind and all-inclusive savior that allows an opportunity for the conquerors to be forgiven for their transgressions. The conqueror's diabolical acts of enslaving, subjugating and decimating various cultures are willingly expunged by the conquered through the act of forgiveness. The conquered passively become bound, tied or fastened (Latin description of the derivation of the word religion/religare) to "god" and worship instead of freedom and liberation. Individual and personal relationships with provided deities take precedence over group goals and agendas, which is what constitutes a culture in the first place. The conquered pathologically rationalize their privation with the hope and faith that one day their predicament will change and they will ultimately be escorted to a place where unconditional love, wealth and peace abound.
Religious belief and imperialistic agendas go hand-in-hand. In order to break the cycle of ecclesiastical enslavement, one must be willing to challenge the status quo, particularly in areas pertaining to psychological bondage. As long as religion exists, there will be fear, powerlessness, dependency, separatism, imperialism and delusion. Until we (the conquered) understand how we arrived at where we are in terms of our beliefs and how our beliefs perpetuate social impotence, we will continue to be the bottom-feeders of the world. There is no divine plan behind the equation of conqueror over conquered. The meek have not inherited anything and the last have not finished first. It is only by recognizing that real liberation comes from knowing the conqueror's motives and strategies. Conquerors need victims and bible believing, "god"-fearing, church loving people are just the prey that keeps them in power. Religion must die so that we may live.

Civ Jones "From Niggas To Gods" Performance & Art Exhibition
Bridging Afro-Futurism elements that are based in music, art, and
technology with philosophies written in "From Niggas to Gods" this event
will explore the trans formative idea of discovering and identifying
with one's "God-self". During this event we will be artistically
showcasing the physical attributes of what our God-selves may look like
through a lens of Black Science Fiction. While costuming ourselves with
these Spiritual ideas, #FNTG will use components of Afro-Futurism to
give those in attendance a free space to envision and creatively embody
their God-self as well. In his essays, Andre Akil writes, "Nigga is a
state of mind and existence in which we now live...but those same
energies can be rechanneled toward our own self re-construction"
#FNTG is a multi-media performance art exhibition. On February 4, 1965, during a visit to Selma, Alabama, Malcolm spoke to 300 civil rights workers at Brown Chapel AME Church.
Back during slavery, when Black people like me talked to the slaves, they didn't kill 'em, they sent some old house Negro along behind him to undo what he said. You have to read the history of slavery to understand this.
There were two kinds of Negroes. There was that old house Negro and the field Negro. And the house Negro always looked out for his master. When the field Negroes got too much out of line, he held them back in check. He put 'em back on the plantation.
Understand that I love my black skin and my black people are what's important but if your desire is to protect the very people who suppress my very existence then you will be placed along side them and treated as such! #luvblk I Do!

If I can't live in the house as a human being, I'm praying for a wind to come along. If the master won't treat me right and he's sick, I'll tell the doctor to go in the other direction. Today, the flourishing teen is doing just fine as he is working towards a triple major at Morehouse College in the areas of pre-med, mathematics and computer science. MOVE Organization of Philadelphia Police Department raid
MOVE or the MOVE Organization is a Philadelphia-based black liberation
group founded by John Africa. MOVE was described by CNN as "a
loose-knit, mostly black group whose members all adopted the surname
Africa, advocated a 'back-to-nature' lifestyle and preached against
technology".[1] The group lived communally and frequently engaged in
public demonstrations related to issues they deemed important.
Since their founding in 1972, MOVE has been in frequent conflict with the Philadelphia Police Department. A major incident occurred in 1978, when the police raided their Powelton Village home. This raid resulted in the imprisonment of nine group members, now known as the "MOVE 9."[2] After this, the group relocated farther west to a house at 6221 Osage Avenue.
In 1985 the group made national news when police dropped a bomb on the Osage house from a helicopter in an attempt to end an armed standoff. The explosion and ensuing fire killed 11 people, including five children and the group's leader, John Africa. Only two occupants survived—Ramona, an adult, and Birdie, a child. In addition, approximately 60 other (non MOVE-affiliated) homes were destroyed as the entire block burned.

TULSA OKLAHOMA BLACK WALL STREET RACE RIOT
"The Tulsa race riot was a large-scale, racially motivated conflict on
May 31 and June 1, 1921, in which a group of white "troglodytes" attacked the
black community of Tulsa, Oklahoma. It resulted in the Greenwood
District, also known as 'the Black Wall Street' and the wealthiest black
community in the United States, being burned to the ground.
During the 16 hours of the assault, more than 800 people were admitted to local white hospitals with injuries (the two black hospitals were burned down), and police arrested and detained more than 6,000 black Greenwood residents at three local facilities. An estimated 10,000 blacks were left homeless, and 35 city blocks composed of 1,256 residences were destroyed by fire. The official count of the dead by the Oklahoma Department of Vital Statistics was 39, but other estimates of black fatalities varied from 55 to about 300.
The events of the riot were long omitted from local and state histories. "The Tulsa race riot of 1921 was rarely mentioned in history books, classrooms or even in private. Blacks and whites alike grew into middle age unaware of what had taken place. "With the number of survivors declining, in 1996, the state legislature commissioned a report to establish the historical record of the events, and acknowledge the victims and damages to the black community. Released in 2001, the report included the commission's recommendations for some compensatory actions, most of which were not implemented by the state and city governments. The state has passed legislation to establish some scholarships for descendants of survivors, economic development of Greenwood, and a memorial park to the victims in Tulsa. How a Racist Truly Feels
Until we understand that racism is not kind or cruel but kind and cruel! Until we stop supporting a system that overwhelmes the daily existence of every human being involved we will never rightfully gain our resources or dignity!
We will forever be desegregated in a system that only allows us in by their rules! We need segregation in a undiscriminatory way, where we can eat, sleep, dance, live, mourn, grow, and succeed where we like but have our own establishments and structures that represent our cultures, beliefs, and flaws.
Until we sacrifice our dependency and build our own conglomerate of media, radio, tv, malls, healthcare, restaurants, military, and schools. There will never be fairness or equal injustice.
Until a white child, women, or man yearns to be included in our establishments and infrastructures and not based solely off the reason to remove it from our control we will never have freedom! Until we stop supporting the system that suppresses us and not give one more dime to the master who never knew what it meant to be a slave, we will forever be slaves.
Either rich, poor, light, dark, tall, short, fat, thin, famous, or otherwise. Until we completely support ourselves we will always be the nigga striving to be excepted by the troglodyte who never wanted us involved in the first place, but because we pleaded, begged and marched they came up with a way we could come in but still serve their every need!
Until we implement loyalty and action they will forever win this race!
